We provide ShoreDoc visitors with secure access to the ShoreDoc Web site. A valid Username and Password are required.

We collect the personal data that is required for accurate documentation of therapeutic services. This information is gathered only for its stated purpose (accurate documentation, support, program registration). We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations. We do not collect or use personal data for any purpose other than that indicated. We will not use your information for a new purpose without consent. We do not use cookies, automatically log personal data, or link information automatically logged.

Web site enhancements may enable you to register on-line for professional development opportunities, email us with questions, or submit information for the ShoreDoc application.
